Exchanges and Returns

As a general rule, we cannot accept returns or cancellations after a product has been shipped.

We will only exchange the product if it is defective.

Return deadlines and shipping costs

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery for any defective products to be exchanged.

In case of defective products, we will cover the shipping costs.

Any other charges will be borne by the customer.

Delivery time

Any out-of-stock items will be shipped within 60 days.
